How long does a typical project take?
Most websites land in 3 to 6 weeks from kickoff to launch. IT setups and social media
engagements usually start within a week.
Do you work with clients outside your region?
Yes — we work mostly with local clients we can meet in person, but we happily work
remotely too. Communication and trust matter more than zip codes.
How does pricing work?
Every project gets a fixed-price quote after a free discovery call. Ongoing work runs
on monthly retainers you can cancel with 30 days' notice — no hidden fees, no lock-in.
What if I already have a website / IT setup / social presence?
That's most of our clients. We audit what you have, fix what's broken, and improve
what's worth keeping. We rarely recommend starting from scratch unless we have to.
Will I own everything you build?
Yes. Code, hosting, domains, social accounts, content — all in your name. If we ever
stop working together, you keep everything.
Is the client panel secure?
The panel uses encrypted sessions, mandatory two-factor authentication for staff,
daily backups, and full audit logs. Your data is treated with the same care as ours.
